Divorce Emergency Protocol — Privacy Policy

Effective date: November 2, 2026.

Divorce Emergency Protocol is operated by Aether Mediation LLC ("we," "us," or "our") and provides educational resources and digital products through divorceemergencyprotocol.com. This policy explains how we handle information collected through that website, its digital-product checkout, the free-guide signup, and related email communications. Aether Mediation is a distinct service offered by the same company; a DEP signup does not automatically enroll you in Aether Mediation marketing.

Information we collect

• Information you provide: Your name, email address, contact message, and information you choose to include in an inquiry. For an order, we receive order and fulfillment details such as your name, email, purchased product, payment status, and transaction identifiers. Please avoid sending sensitive details about a divorce, children, finances, health, or legal matter through marketing forms.

• Signup and email records: We record the source of a free-guide signup when available, the consent choice shown to you, confirmation status and time, delivery status, unsubscribes, and email engagement information our email providers make available.

• Website and checkout data: Our website host and payment providers may process device, browser, IP address, cookie, and transaction data needed to operate the website, prevent misuse, measure performance, or process an order. Payment card details are entered into the payment provider's checkout and are handled under that provider's privacy practices; we do not need your full card number to fulfill an order.

How we use information

We use information to answer inquiries, send the free guide you request, verify email signup through double opt-in, complete purchases, deliver digital products, provide support, keep order and consent records, protect the website, and understand which acquisition sources lead to signups and purchases. If you separately agree to receive educational and promotional email, we may send relevant DEP updates and offers. We will honor an unsubscribe request for marketing email. Order, support, and requested-resource messages may still be sent when needed to complete a transaction or respond to you.

Who receives information

Hostinger provides the website, ecommerce, and Reach email services. The free-guide form uses Hostinger Reach. MailerLite handled earlier free-guide signups during the transition. The Command Center purchase link currently goes to Gumroad during the ecommerce transition. Stripe processes payments where selected in Hostinger checkout. These providers receive the information needed for their services and handle it under their own privacy terms. We may share information with other service providers that help operate the site or respond to requests, and when required by law or necessary to protect rights and security. We do not publish your form responses or share private case details for marketing attribution. Links to other sites are governed by those sites' own policies.

Cookies and measurement

The website and its providers may use cookies or similar technologies for site function, checkout, security, and measurement. The live site includes Google Tag Manager and a Reddit advertising pixel, which may collect browser or interaction data for measurement or advertising. Tag settings and the providers' processing practices may change. Available acquisition information may include referral source and campaign parameters in a link. Browser settings can restrict cookies, but some site or checkout features may then work differently. To ask about tracking choices, contact us using the details below.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including order fulfillment, customer support, consent records, accounting, and legal obligations. Retention periods may differ by record type and provider. We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee perfect security.

Your choices and requests

You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in an email or contact us at info@aethermediation.com. You can also write to that address to request access, correction, or deletion of information we hold about you; we may need to verify your identity and may retain records where required or permitted. If applicable law gives you additional privacy rights, you may use the same contact route to exercise them. We will evaluate the request under the law that applies to you and this business.

Children

This site and its products are intended for adults. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the site, contact us so we can review and address it.

Changes

We may update this policy as our services or practices change. The current version and its effective date will appear on this page.
